Rob Thompson is the Packaging Technologist for Co-op Food. As part of Co-op’s Ethics, Sustainability and Policy team he is responsible for driving through sustainability policies for the Co-op’s own brand packaging materials. He has worked in various packaging development roles across the packaging, branded goods manufacturing and retail industries for 20 years.
